Arrange board components for fast scanning.
Design mode lets you arrange the components that make up a board.
Layout tips
- Put headline metrics at the top.
- Keep charts near the related breakdown tables.
- Place diagnostic tables lower on the page.
- Avoid mixing unrelated time ranges in one board.
Component compatibility
Some components only work with certain entity types. For example, website analytics components need a website source, while link analytics components need a link source.
Review mode
After editing, open the board normally and read it like the intended viewer would. If it takes too long to understand, remove or split components.
