Share a website with registered users.
Talivia uses simple website sharing instead of forcing every site into a separate organization. You invite a registered user to a website and choose their role.
Roles
- Viewer can inspect dashboards and reports.
- Member can update website settings and integrations.
- Owner is the creator of the website and can delete it.
There is no team switching flow for normal website access. Shared websites appear in the invited user's dashboard.
When to invite someone
- A co-founder needs to inspect analytics.
- A marketer needs to connect search integrations.
- A developer needs to update tracking or payment setup.
- A client needs account-based access instead of a public share link.
