Polar

Use Polar when Polar creates your checkout orders, subscriptions, or refunds.

Connect Polar

Open Website settings -> Revenue, choose Polar, and add the webhook secret for this website.

Then configure a Polar webhook that points to the Talivia webhook URL shown in settings.

Talivia verifies Polar webhook signatures and records revenue events into the same payment attribution model as Stripe and manual payments.

Add customer context

For better attribution, pass stable customer context whenever your Polar checkout or backend flow allows it:

• customer id;
• customer email or email hash;
• Talivia visitorKey;
• Talivia sessionKey;
• Talivia sessionId.

Verify

1. Create a Polar test order or subscription.
2. Check that the Polar webhook returns a successful response.
3. Open Talivia payments and confirm the event appears.
4. Review source, entry page, session, and refund state in the payment detail.
