Replays

Session replay records browser interactions so you can understand what happened inside a visit.

Enable recording

Recording depends on website settings and server configuration. When enabled, Talivia collects replay chunks through the /api/record endpoint and connects them to the active session token.

Use replays for

• Debugging checkout friction.
• Reviewing activation flows.
• Understanding why a visitor dropped before payment.
• Saving important sessions for later review.

Privacy

Only enable replay where it is appropriate for your privacy policy. Avoid collecting sensitive inputs or private customer data.
