Founding Offer Terms

The offer is available to the first 100 eligible Talivia accounts whose initial recurring subscription payment is successfully confirmed while a place remains. The live counter may include short checkout reservations so two customers cannot purchase the same final place.

Each person, business, or commonly controlled group may claim one founding place. A place cannot be sold, transferred, combined with another promotion, or used for client resale without written approval from Talivia.

The price is USD $9.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes, for your first 12 monthly billing periods. The founding term begins when the first subscription payment succeeds. Talivia's separate 14-day no-card trial does not begin the founding term and does not reserve a founding place.

If a payment fails before the initial subscription is confirmed, the temporary checkout reservation can expire and return to the available pool.

During the founding term, the account may connect an unlimited number of websites and process an unlimited number of supported analytics events across those websites. The plan includes the generally available Talivia reports and integrations offered with the paid product.

Unlimited describes billing during the founding term; it is not permission to impair the service or use it as unrestricted storage or event infrastructure.

• Events must come from websites and products you own or are authorized to run.
• You may not resell raw collection capacity, send synthetic traffic, or use Talivia primarily as a data warehouse, relay, load-testing target, or backup service.
• Automated activity intended to degrade performance, bypass safeguards, or create disproportionate cost is not permitted.
• If usage materially affects service reliability, Talivia will normally contact you first to agree on a practical solution. Urgent protective limits may be applied where necessary to protect the service or other customers.

After the 12th monthly billing period, the subscription will move to Talivia's then-current standard plan. The intended standard model is based on total monthly events aggregated across all websites in the account, rather than a separate charge for each website.

Talivia will show or send the applicable standard price at least 30 days before the founding term ends. You may cancel before that change takes effect. The standard tiers and included usage shown at that time will control the renewal.

You may cancel at any time, and access continues according to the billing status shown in your account. Canceling does not make a claimed founding place available to another customer and does not create a right to transfer or restart the offer.

Failed, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent payments may suspend access or end eligibility. Refunds, taxes, payment methods, and third-party processor terms are also governed by the general Talivia Terms of Service and the applicable payment provider.

These offer terms supplement the Talivia Terms of Service. If these offer terms conflict with the general terms only about the Founding 100 price or benefit, these offer terms control for that issue.
