Revenue attribution/search query revenue tracking

Revenue tracking by acquisition dimension

Estimate which organic search queries contribute revenue

Talivia imports aggregated query, page, click, and impression data from Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster. It estimates query-level revenue by allocating the confirmed revenue of an organic landing page in proportion to each query’s clicks. This is directional SEO evidence, not a person-to-query match.

How it works

From landing-page revenue to a directional query estimate

Talivia totals confirmed revenue attributed to each organic landing page. For queries reported for that page, it allocates the page revenue by click share. Search platforms aggregate and hide some queries, so the result is explicitly labeled estimated.

Implementation path

How estimated search-query revenue works

  1. 01

    Connect webmaster data

Connect Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster to import query, page, click, impression, CTR, and position metrics.

  2. 02

    Measure organic page revenue

Talivia uses recorded organic sessions and confirmed payments to calculate revenue for each landing page.

  3. 03

    Allocate by query click share

Within each landing page, confirmed revenue is distributed across reported queries in proportion to their clicks.

  4. 04

    Use the estimate directionally

Compare estimated revenue with clicks, impressions, CTR, position, and page context. Do not interpret it as proof that one buyer used one query.

Transparent limits

What the report can and cannot prove

  • Query-level revenue is directional and estimated. Search platforms aggregate or hide query data, so Talivia allocates revenue rather than claiming an exact person-to-query match.
  • A payment without a reliable session or customer signal remains visible as unattributed. Talivia does not invent a source to make the report look complete.

Questions

Estimated search-query revenue: common questions

Is query revenue exact attribution?

No. It is a directional allocation of an organic landing page’s confirmed revenue based on the click share of queries reported for that page.

Why can revenue have no visible query?

Search platforms aggregate or omit low-volume and privacy-sensitive queries, so their reports do not contain every organic search.

What should I compare before choosing an SEO topic?

Review estimated revenue with clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, landing-page performance, and query-data completeness.
